Why hire a freelance Shopify developer instead of an agency?

Will my store get slower as I add products and apps?
Products alone don't slow a store down much. Apps do, because most add their own scripts. I keep the app list short and use custom sections where they make more sense.
Can you set up payments for a store in Pakistan?
